Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original boxes, including all hardware and instruction manuals to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
